This was a last minute event I was so lucky to be a part of, thanks to fellow Tsawwassenite and photographer, Tracey Ayton. I love new experiences, and this was certainly a change of space and environment that fed into the interior-lover part of my brain. Once A Tree promotes a collection of Interior Designer by Showcasing an inspired space that is lovingly and secretly crafted by the chosen designer. This evening's event celebrated the work of the very talented Gillian Segal. Friends, family, and those in the industry came together for a soiree of wine tastings and pairings, delicious appetizers and most of all, anticipation for the hidden gem waiting to be revealed.

These pictures bring me so much joy. I am so happy to have the Houstons back home from Europe after 3-4 long years of following their travels on Instagram. We celebrated with a backyard birthday BBQ party for Miss Myla Rose and her close friends and family. My Houstons cup has been so empty for so long that having it filled with their presence and so many familiar faces just had my cup overflowing, my blown out candle was lit (and truthfully so was I on Root Beer Vodka) and it was like being given the chance to relive my youth again.
