POLICIES + Practices
A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to book your session.
This deposit will be applied to your total session fee. The balance is due the day of your session.In the event of a sick child or one having a very off day, I understand that a cancellation may be preferable to teary-eyed tantrum memory! It happens!
Kindly provide me with as much notice as possible and I will be happy to reschedule your session to a later date.Additional fees may apply to On Location sessions depending on region.
IMAGE EDITING AND DELIVERY
Each photograph is individually processed to bring out its potential, including but not limited to colour balance, brightness + contrast, vibrance, and composition.
Photographs will be presented in a Private Online Gallery for sharing with loved ones. This Gallery is Password Protected. Digital Files can be downloaded directly from the Gallery and/or delivered on DVD for internet sharing and self-printing photographs up to 5x7 inches.
COPYRIGHT, CONSENT + USAGE RIGHTS
Title and ownership of the photographs remain exclusively with THE PAUHAUS.
The Client consents that their name and the photographs taken and presented by this photographer may be used by THE PAUHAUS for the purpose of display, portfolio, advertising, website or any publication, directory or forum; printed or online; to promote the studio or name. The Client also agrees that the images taken by THE PAUHAUS can be used without additional compensation to the Client. If the Client does not consent to this item, THE PAUHAUS must be notified in writing. All respect will be given to a Client's expressed request to non-consent.
Photographs are for personal use only: sharing Digital Files through email or on Social Media and hard-copy prints for personal display. Photographs may not be used in any way in which you charge money, collect fees, or receive any form of remuneration or recognition. Photographs may not be used in competition, advertising, be re-edited (including but not limited to filters on phones or applications such as Instagram), re-sold, re-licensed, or sub-incensed.
